| Four treatments were then performed/initiated ....... Nine replicates were included in each treatment of which three were taken and used for the measurement of the concentrations of gasoline component, nitrate and nitrite in soil after 0, 90 and 180 days of incubation. In addition, the soils were saved and stored at -20°C after 0 and 180 days of incubation which would be used for the purification of bacteria genomic DNA and subsequent sequence analysis. |
