關(guān)于matlab使用 和瑞利散射的去除 已有1人參與

請問一下蟲友們,誰會使用matlab去除三維熒光中的瑞利散射,請賜教,非常感謝。 我查閱了相關(guān)的文獻,看到一篇是用delaunay三角形內(nèi)插值去除的,但是沒有看明白。如果過有誰會用的話也請私密我。非常感謝。 |

我不是太明白這段程序?qū)?shù)據(jù)輸入格式的要求。那按照它的要求應該是什么樣的?因為我目前數(shù)據(jù)輸入運行的時候總會出錯。出錯在一段這樣的程序“Q=isnan(X.data)”給出的解釋是“NaN element at the original data due to emission out of spectroscopic instrumental range”似乎是說由于發(fā)射波長超出了光譜儀器的范圍,NaN元素存在于原始數(shù)據(jù)。這個我理解不了,是我的發(fā)射波長范圍有問題?我看了eemscat的程序也沒看出什么結(jié)果來,我程序方面的認知有限 發(fā)自小木蟲IOS客戶端 |

不知道你會不會matlab,會的話程序里都有說明,仔細看下,不會的話就得改改了 function [EEM_correct,EEM_Cutted_rrr2]=eemscat2(X,MissRayleh,MissRaman,MissRayleh2); 函數(shù)名2應該去掉改成eemscat 說明里的用法Example: % NewEEM = eemscat( X, [20 20], [10 10], [10 10]); % Data Rayleigh RamanWidth 2.orderRayleigh 主要用這句改改你的東西就行 EEMSCAT for removing Rayleigh and Raman scattering from fluorescence % EEM data and interpolating the excised areas. % % INPUT: % X X-array of EEMs. X is size IxJxK, where I is number of % samples, J emissions and K excitations.
