|
Two surfactant molecules are defined to be in the same cluster if the distance between their centers of mass, Rcom is smaller than a certain cutoff distance which we call Ragg. On the basis of visual inspection of the CLUS2 trajectory (which shows occasions where the two surfactant molecules disaggregate) we find Ragg to be within the range 1.0 nm < Ragg <1.4 nm. A value of Ragg 1.2 nm was used for the analysis, but the results do not depend significantly on the precise choice of Ragg within the indicated range. Cutoff： a point or level that is a designated limit of something 兩個表活劑分子間距離（Rcom）小于一定 閾值（Ragg)就定義為在同一分子束中。 作者大概推測出這個閾值在1.0到1.4nm，暫定為1.2，然后通過顯微鏡觀察分子間距，來觀察分子是否發(fā)生聚集。 因為the results do not depend significantly on the precise choice，所以這個Ragg不需要很準確，在大致范圍內即可。 |
