| 在國內(nèi)外許多學(xué)者對波紋管流動和傳熱特性進(jìn)行了一些研究, A.Barba等^([7])用乙二醇作為介質(zhì),研究了波節(jié)管換熱器在中等雷諾數(shù)條件下的傳熱性能和阻力性能; 徐建民等^([8])從管子承受內(nèi)壓的角度出發(fā)對波節(jié)管承受內(nèi)壓爆破的性能進(jìn)行了研究;Sparrow 對同樣具有多個波紋周期的波紋換熱管進(jìn)行了研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)在充發(fā)展段波紋通道內(nèi)的傳熱比相同條件下的直通道的傳熱系數(shù)提高了2.5倍^([9])Wang.G和Vankas.P對對稱波紋通道以及波紋管內(nèi)部流體的流動與換熱進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬,指出了流動中存在的自維持振蕩可提高熱質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)換效率^([10]) |

| Researchers from home and abroad have conducted analysis on corrugated pipe in terms of its flow and heat transmission characteristics. A.Barba et al [7] made research on the heat transmission property and resistance property of corrugated pipe heat exchanger under the condition of moderate Reynolds number by adopting ethylene glycol as the medium; Jianming XU et al [8], from the perspective of the bear range of internal pressure, analyzed the corrugated pipes capacity of bearing internal explosion; Sparrow also researched corrugated pipes with the same number of corrugation periods, it found that under the same condition, the heat transmission rate in corrugated pipes was 2.5 times higher than that in straight pipes [9]. Wang.G and Vankas.P conducted numeric simulation of the flow and heat transfer inside the corrugated pipes as well as inside the symmetric corrugated channel, and it showed that the self-sustained oscillation of the flow can the heat transmission efficiency [10]. |
