中文摘要 本項目將硫醇-烯化學方法和水性聚氨酯分散體合成技術相結合,建立了一套制備可紫外光固化聚氨酯水性涂料的新體系,證明了基于硫醇-烯化學的新型可紫外光固化的“相分離反應型”聚氨酯水性涂料的可行性,闡明了該新型紫外光固化聚氨酯水性涂料的不同制備方法和工藝條件對其室溫儲存穩(wěn)定性能和光固化行為的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)了體系中不同分子結構、硫醇和烯類單體數(shù)量是影響其穩(wěn)定性和光化學性能的關鍵因素;實時紅外和photo-DSC等方法測試證明該新型水性聚氨酯分散體涂料具有良好的室溫貯存穩(wěn)定性、光固化性能和薄膜力學性能;在此基礎上,通過POSS、中空二氧化硅微球、碳納米管和水性聚氨酯的納米功能復合,構建了具有良好相容性和協(xié)同增強效應的新型有機/無機納米摻雜改性聚氨酯水性涂料;進一步對其微觀結構、熱、光和力學等性質進行深入研究,為構造高性能和功能性水性聚氨分散體新材料提供理論和實驗依據(jù)。在Polymer、Chem Phys Lett、Appl Phys Lett、Appl Surf Sci和J Appl Polym Sci等刊物發(fā)表論文31篇(SCI收錄19篇),授權發(fā)明專利7項,申請11項發(fā)明專利。 中文主題詞紫外光固化;聚氨酯;水性涂料;硫醇-烯化學;合成 英文摘要 In this study, the combination of thiol-ene chemistry and the synthesis of polyurethane aqueous dispersions coatings was used to prepare a series of newly developed UV-curable polyurethane coatings. A novel UV-curable polyurethane coatings system was well established. The results proved the feasibility of the UV-curable polyurethane coatings can be prepared by blending multifunctional thiol- and ene-terminated polyurethane aqueous dispersions. Our reports illustrated the impact of the different preparation methods and technology conditions on solution stability and photopolymerization behavior of the resulting polyurethane coatings. The key factors affecting their performance of their solution stability and photopolymerization behavior were the composition, structure, thiol and ene numbers of resulting polyurethane dispersions. It was found that the resulting polyurethane coatings showed good solution stability, high photopolymerization activity and excellent physical properties by FT-IR, photo-DSC and DMA measurements. On this basis of it, new organic-inorganic nano-composite systems were well constructed by chemically doped by polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS), hollow SiO2 microspheres and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) with polyurethane aqueous dispersions. The results showed that the POSS, hollow SiO2 microspheres and CNTs have good compatibility and synergistic enhancement performance with polyurethane dispersions. Through the in-depth study of their microstructure, thermal, optical and mechanical properties, theoretical and experimental basis for the development of high-performance and functional polyurethane aqueous dispersions coatings were developed. 31 papers were published in journals of Polymer, Chem. Phys. Lett., Appl. Phys. Lett., Appl. Surf. Sci. and J. Appl. Polym.
