It is to provide a theoretical basis for the design and synthesis of amplified fluorescent probes by studying the fluorescence detection and the detection signal amplification characteristic of carbon quantum dots based fluorescent probes and graphene oxide based fluorescent probes, investigation the mechanism of detection signal amplification, exploring effective signal amplification methods and revealing the role of selecting the regulation of different functional groups to improve the detection sensitivity and selectivity. 請(qǐng)指正,謝謝! |

In addition, this paper discussed amplification mechanism of detected signals, explored the amplification method of effective signal, indicated the role of selective control of different functional groups in increasing detection sensitivity and selectivity, which provide theoretical basis for designing and synthesizing fluorescence probe with signal amplification function. |
