藥物雜質(zhì)是反映著藥物質(zhì)量的重要指標(biāo)，其研究也貫穿著藥物研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)以及銷售的整個(gè)過(guò)程。隨著儀器技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展，藥物中雜質(zhì)的研究技術(shù)以及雜質(zhì)研究方法也在不斷地更新。本文對(duì)藥物雜質(zhì)來(lái)源、雜質(zhì)研究方法以及基因毒性雜質(zhì)研究做出了探討并重點(diǎn)討論了研究方法的分析技術(shù)以及基因毒性雜質(zhì)的確定方法，為分析工作者在雜質(zhì)研究時(shí)提供技術(shù)上的參考。 As pharmaceutical impurities affect the quality of drugs, whose research is an important aspect of the procedure of drug’s research and development, production and sale. The technology and method renews quickly in pharmaceutical impurities research, which is owing to the continuous development of instruments. The article discusses origins and methods of pharmaceutical impurities and the genetoxic impurities, and mainly describes the development of analytical technique and strategies to assess the genotoxicity of impurities，providing analysts the advice to choose analytical technique. |
