IEEE GRSL投稿顯示（Reject and Resubmit） 已有3人參與

如題，一個(gè)月前投的文章，今天收到意見(jiàn)，Reject and Resubmit，讓五個(gè)月之內(nèi)返回重投，為啥除了副主編的意見(jiàn)外，怎么就只有一個(gè)審稿人啊，另外，最后顯示第二個(gè)審稿人的意見(jiàn)見(jiàn)附件，但是郵件里沒(méi)有附件啊，并且我上官網(wǎng)也看不到相應(yīng)的附件啊，萬(wàn)分感謝，頭一次投SCI。 以下是具體回復(fù)的意見(jiàn)： Associate Editor Comments: Associate Editor Comments to the Author: While the topic and idea of *********** is interesting, there are too many errors in equations, symbols, references, etc. In short, the current manuscript is neither well written nor well organized. Here I strongly recommend authors to do a full scale revision of the manuscript including English editing. In addition, the authors must enhance the experimental results for supporting the performance of the proposed method. Example with two points must not be enough. Reviewer(s) Comments: Reviewer: 1 Comments to the Author The paper proposes a new method for ************ to improve cost time and to keep estimation accuracy. However, the paper is not well organized and written. It is hard to read and understand the manuscript, especially section III. The authors should try to focus what you found and delete unnecessary equations. I would strongly recommend that the authors re-format and re-write the manuscript to explain the new method. The experimental results show coherence value and cost time for only two windows. Only two point results can’t be generalized. The authors should show optimized coherence images and some meaning values (e.g. average, variance, histogram…). There are several errors (English, symbol, formatting, equation, missing reference) in the manuscript. Reviewer: 2 Comments to the Author see attached file |
