投Journal of Materials Engineering and Performance，1.17至今under review可催稿？ 已有6人參與

2015年1月17日投稿，然后編輯說提交一個版權(quán)協(xié)議。需要登陸一個Link，進行確認(rèn)提交。每個作者都會收到編輯發(fā)送的一個鏈接。我收到鏈接，已經(jīng)完成這個步驟。但是其他作者可能沒有完成這個步驟。我特別詢問了一下，編輯的答復(fù)是: " Yes. I have your form. Thanks. At some point, your coauthors will need to log in and complete their forms as well. There is no rush. We just need the forms completed if/when the paper is accepted. Thanks. " 根據(jù)上文，我理解暫時不用其他作者提交（確認(rèn)）這個協(xié)議。等論文錄用在處理也可以。我就沒有通知其他作者。我這樣理解上述 郵件內(nèi)容 沒有問題吧？ 然后現(xiàn)在查詢稿件狀態(tài)，仍然處于under review狀態(tài)，內(nèi)容如下： “ EO: Whitelaw, Diane Under Review Awaiting Copyright Transfer Forms submitted (19-Jan-2015) - view ” 現(xiàn)在想詢問一下稿件狀態(tài)如何，請大俠們幫忙��！是否合適呢？ |

巧了，今天收到一審意見：Reject & Resubmit 。對于審稿人的一些意見 ，有些是可以接受的，而有些覺得莫名其妙。我做的是材料本構(gòu)方程方面的工作。使用的是gleeble熱壓縮實驗。其中一個評審意見如下，我不知道該如何給回復(fù)。請各位給給建議�。� The experimental procedure is not discussed at all. How the experiments are conducted? How the displacement of the sample is measured during the experiments? I presumed that the authors have used an extensor capable to work under such a high temperatures ….. How the compression experiments are performed for the highest strain rates tested?? 備注：我使用的就是傳統(tǒng)的gleeble壓縮實驗，方法已經(jīng)描述。參閱其他類似研究，描述基本類似。不知道這個評審人為啥會提這樣的問題呢！我還有繼續(xù)修改的必要嗎？不知道如何修改啦！ 還有一個意見，如下： The manuscript is messy. Some sections are unclear and hard to follow. Moreover, there is a significant lack of details that make almost impossible to reproduce the results presented in this paper. It should be rewritten. 備注：個人覺得章節(jié)劃分很細(xì)致，內(nèi)容也很詳細(xì)啦！這樣的評語，如何回復(fù)呢？ 各位在修改過程中，對審稿人提出的“不靠譜”建議，是否可以解釋說明，而不進行修改呢？比如我采用了某方法，某公式，審稿人對這個方法、公式有異議。但是這個公式或方法是文獻公開報道的。是否可以給予審稿人進行解釋說明，而不對文章進行修改呢？ |
