Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities: 1、Follow up the incoming material quality and negotiate material issue with SQE. 2、Work together with SQE to audit and qualify suppliers. 3、Support new product development and new suppliers qualification, giving inputs to R&D for design issues and feedback design issues found by production to R&D people. 4、Provide engineering support in incoming inspection. 5、Give instructions to incoming inspection, train inspectors, feedback quality issues to SQE on time, issue nonconformance report by Agile MRB when lot rejection is found by IQA, push SQE for MRB disposition and problem solving, ensure supplier has continuously improved their quality. 6、Other tasks assigned by superiors. Requirements / Qualifications 1、Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering. 2、3 years IQA experience in battery industry is preferred. 3、Hands-on chemical testing and analysis experience. 4、Strong communication and coordination skills. 5、Fluent English writing and speaking skills. 6、SEM/ EDS, XRD, TEM, Tap Density, BET, Coin Cell, ICP experience is a plus |
