| 數(shù)值模擬技術(shù)是一種通過計算機程序來求解數(shù)學模型的數(shù)值解法,對于一些復(fù)雜的難以用解析法和實驗法求解的工程問題,如焊接時的溫度場、應(yīng)力場等,均可通過計算機模擬技術(shù)對其進行模擬計算,從而得到所求問題的近似解。焊接熱過程涉及到傳熱、金屬的熔化和凝固,焊接應(yīng)力及變形等,因此是一個十分復(fù)雜的過程。此外,焊接熱過程對焊接終端裂紋的控制和焊接質(zhì)量及生產(chǎn)效率的提高具有極其重要的影響,而焊接數(shù)值模擬通過利用有限元分析軟件對焊接熱過程進行模擬計算,得到焊接過程的近似解,對優(yōu)化工藝參數(shù)和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計及實際的焊接生產(chǎn)具有十分重要的意義。 |

For some engineering problems such as temperature field and stress field in welding that normally cannot be addressed by analytical or experimental method, numerical simulation technique can conduct analog computation on these problems so as to obtain the approximate solution. As a highly complex process, the welding process involves processes of heat transmission, metal melting and solidification, welding residual stress and distortion. In addition, since the welding thermal process is of great significance to the welding terminal cracks control, and the improvement of welding quality and production efficiency, the welding numerical simulation technique, adopting finite element analysis software, can conduct analog computation on welding thermal process and obtain the approximate solution to welding process, which plays a vital role in the optimization of technical parameters and structural design and in improvement of practical productivity. |

Numerical simulation technology is a numerical method that solves mathematical model via computer programs. For some complex engineering problems that is difficult to be solved by analytic method or experimental method, such as welding temperature field, stress field and so on, approximate solutions can be achieved by computer simulation technology. Welding is a complicate process because it involves quantity of processes as heat transfer, metal melting and solidification, welding stress and deformation, etc. Moreover, welding process has an extremely important influence on controlling of terminal welding crack, welding quality and production efficiency, therefore, to attain an approximate solution of the welding process by using finite element analysis software is of great significance to optimize process parameters, the structure design and the actual welding production. |
