維修工程師 Field Service Engineer 工作匯報(bào)主管：地區(qū)維修經(jīng)理 Reporting to: District Service Manager 職責(zé)范圍： Position Scope: 在指定區(qū)域內(nèi)提供安裝、基礎(chǔ)操作培訓(xùn)和維修（基于保修承諾、合同及單獨(dú)收費(fèi)）服務(wù)，確保客戶能夠繼續(xù)操作儀器設(shè)備并取得較高的客戶滿意度。 Provides installation, basic operation training and repair (warranty, contract and billable) within an assigned area to assure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. 職責(zé)： Responsibilities: 1. 根據(jù)公司安排，在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)完成科學(xué)儀器的安裝、基礎(chǔ)培訓(xùn)、定期維護(hù)等工作。具體儀器包括公司生產(chǎn)的質(zhì)譜設(shè)備，及其他外圍設(shè)備等。 相關(guān)操作流程必須符合公司手冊(cè)中SOP的規(guī)定。 Strictly follow company SOP for installation, basic user training, regular maintenance for scientific instruments including MS instrument and other peripheral equipment within timeline. 2. 根據(jù)客戶需求和保修狀況，在規(guī)定的響應(yīng)時(shí)間內(nèi)，提供客戶電話支持和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)維修服務(wù)。在維修過(guò)程中，保持良好的客戶關(guān)系和客戶滿意度。以有利于公司節(jié)約維修成本和有利于維修業(yè)務(wù)開(kāi)展的方式，積極主動(dòng)地完成相應(yīng)的維修工作。 Provide on-time trouble shooting through call or on-site according to customer requirement and warranty status. Proactively and cost efficiently finish responsible service task to keep good relationship with customer and maintain customer satisfaction as well as contribute to Service Business. 3. 對(duì)不能及時(shí)解決的維修難題，根據(jù)公司的上報(bào)流程，及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地上報(bào)，并聯(lián)系相關(guān)維修專(zhuān)家，以求問(wèn)題迅速解決。對(duì)客戶相關(guān)的應(yīng)用或商務(wù)問(wèn)題，及時(shí)溝通其他部門(mén)同事，以確�？蛻魸M意。 Escalate service ticket according company escalation process timely and accurately. Proactively connect with Service Specialist to quickly solve service issues. Contact with other departments for application or commercial related inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. 根據(jù)公司要求，按時(shí)完成并提交書(shū)面報(bào)告，包括安裝報(bào)告，簽收?qǐng)?bào)告，定期維護(hù)報(bào)告，維修服務(wù)報(bào)告，等等。按時(shí)歸還維修備件（包括好件及壞件）。對(duì)于付費(fèi)維修的用戶，負(fù)責(zé)客戶付款的按時(shí)簽收確認(rèn)，幫助按時(shí)催收賬款。 Submit service reports including Installation report, Instrument Acceptance, Periodical Maintenance report, Service Report, etc on time basis. Return service part on time including Good Return and Bad Return. Responsible and support for AR collection. 5. 按時(shí)完成并通過(guò)公司安排的各種培訓(xùn)，包括海外培訓(xùn)，網(wǎng)上培訓(xùn)等，不斷提高維修技術(shù)水平。 Be serious to company trainings and pass the certification test within time line, including overseas training and online training, etc. Continuously improve service skill. 6. 保持良好客戶溝通，提供專(zhuān)業(yè)化的服務(wù)，建立穩(wěn)固的客戶關(guān)系，為公司新設(shè)備業(yè)務(wù)和維修業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展提供幫助和支持。 Establish good relationship with customer with good communication and professional service to support new instrument and service business. 教育/經(jīng)歷： Education/Experience: 1. 化學(xué)分析或電子專(zhuān)業(yè)本科及或上學(xué)歷。 Bachelor degree or above, major in: Chemistry Analysis or Electronics. 2. 至少3-5年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。歡迎曾經(jīng)在大型醫(yī)療或生物技術(shù)公司工作過(guò)的人選。 At least 3-5years working experience. Experienced in Health Care or Biotech & large corporation is welcome. 3. 有解決系統(tǒng)分析問(wèn)題的能力，須經(jīng)證明。 Proven system analytical problem solving skills. 4. 能夠并且愿意學(xué)習(xí)新的技術(shù)和技能。 Able and willing to learning new technology and new skill. 5. 良好的溝通能力，無(wú)論是與內(nèi)部合作伙伴還是與客戶。 Well communication skills required, either to internal partner and customers. 6. 良好的英文口頭及寫(xiě)作能力。 Well oral and written English skill. 7. 良好的計(jì)算機(jī)技能，能夠使用windows系統(tǒng)及微軟辦公軟件。 Well computer skills using windows and Microsoft office. 8. 能夠并且愿意大量出差以滿足我們分散在各地的儀器基地的需要。 Able and willing to travel extensively to cover our distributed instrument base. |
