Solvent type has a very significant effect on both extraction rate and the final yield of total isoflavones.50% ethanol aqueous solution and water call achieve a much better performance than 95% ethanol aqueous solution and n-butanol.The increase is observed on the extraction rate and the yield of total isoflavones for all the solvents when ultrasound is applied.The higher the electrical power input in the range of 0一650W,the higher the extraction yield.Moreover,a mathematical model of ultrasonically assisted extraction,accounting for different extraction solvents and the electrical power input,is established.The coresponding model parameters are obtained to quantify the mass transfer enhancement by ultrasound.The results show that the model can satisfactorily describe the behavior of ultrasonically assisted extraction of isoflavones from the stem of Pueraria lobata(Willd.)Ohwi. 其中 Pueraria lobata(Willd.)Ohwi 為葛藤異黃酮 |
