Product/Marketing Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the life cycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue, consumer, and customer satisfaction goals are met. To creates value propositions that result in internal sales tools and customer facing marketing materials that drive awareness and demand for current and new products. |

• Bachelor’s Degree Engineering or Marketing or Equivalent • 5 years of work experience in the marketing field or a combination of engineering and marketing • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. • Knowledge of marketing tools and communications such as value propositions, messaging, brochures, blogs, newsletters, industry articles and sales presentations • Working knowledge of product launches and crafting marketing materials and sales tools • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills • Strong relationship building skills • Ability to multitask and produce results in a fast-paced team environment with varying requirements and deadlines • Ability to understand complex technical concepts, translate them into high-impact messages and drive cooperative marketing activities • Ability to manage strategic and tactical marketing requirements • Ability to independently produce consistent results with minimal direction or supervision |
