BMC要求將SSR原始聚類數(shù)據(jù)上傳至treebase或者Dryad數(shù)據(jù)庫，請問有沒有大俠上傳過？ 已有1人參與

BMC 要求將原始的數(shù)據(jù)上傳到Phylogenetic data (alignments, phylogenetic trees, or other relevant primary data) should be deposited in either TreeBase (http://treebase.org/treebase-web/home.html) or Dryad (http://datadryad.org/). BioMed Central is a member of Dryad and participates in sharing knowledge and coordinating action around data policies 請問有沒有大俠上傳過？怎么上傳？還要Dryad需要上傳數(shù)據(jù)者付款么？Dryad’s Data Publishing Charge (DPC) is designed to sustain its core functions by recovering the basic costs of curating and preserving data. In many cases, this charge is covered by supporting journals, societies, and publishers. In the absence of a sponsoring organization, the submitter is required to pay the DPC. 我看有人在treebase上上傳的是遺傳距離，有人是將原始數(shù)據(jù)直接上傳，這樣都可以嗎？ |
