請(qǐng)教 看不懂了 open access &self-archiving 已有1人參與

剛投了一篇到 British Dental Journal 投稿的時(shí)候看到這段話 怎么也沒(méi)看懂 是所有的論文都是open access嗎？都的繳費(fèi)的嗎？投稿的過(guò)程中 也沒(méi)有讓選擇是不是需要open access compliance with open access mandates and self-archiving Authors can either publish through the traditional subscribed access route or make their paper open access through payment of an article-processing charge (APC). Authors won't be required to make a final decision about access to their article until acceptance. For open-access articles: NPG uses Creative Commons licenses and the published version can be archived in funders and institutional repositories upon publication. For subscribed access papers: NPG operates under exclusive license to publish agreements with its research authors. Authors retain copyright of their original research papers. NPG encourages the authors of original research papers to self-archive the author's accepted version of their manuscript, with a release date of 6 months post-publication. This is compliant with all major funders' access policies and mandates. To facilitate self-archiving, NPG deposits manuscripts in PubMed Central, Europe PubMed Central and PubMed Central Canada on behalf of authors who opt in to this free service during submission.
