在企業(yè)制度和債權(quán)制度分離經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的公司，其在公司各個(gè)部門工作的員工起到了重要的作用，因此激勵(lì)機(jī)制相當(dāng)重要，而激勵(lì)機(jī)制的建設(shè)是離不開(kāi)公司業(yè)績(jī)的評(píng)價(jià)，本文首先講解什么是業(yè)績(jī)?cè)u(píng)價(jià)，什么是激勵(lì)機(jī)制，最后再論述業(yè)績(jī)?cè)u(píng)價(jià)與激勵(lì)機(jī)制建立的聯(lián)系，然后對(duì)我國(guó)上市公司的業(yè)績(jī)?cè)u(píng)價(jià)及激勵(lì)機(jī)制建設(shè)存在的問(wèn)題提出來(lái)疑問(wèn)，并結(jié)合目前的實(shí)際情況，對(duì)可能存在的一些問(wèn)題進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，并提出能對(duì)這些機(jī)制建設(shè)有效的相關(guān)建議。以華為公司為例，分析華為公司企業(yè)制度的建設(shè)，了解華為公司以人為本，激勵(lì)創(chuàng)新、協(xié)作、關(guān)懷、奉獻(xiàn)文化的高效創(chuàng)新的制勝辦法，和華為注重與員工們有效的溝通和交流，加速知識(shí)的運(yùn)用和周轉(zhuǎn)，同時(shí)培養(yǎng)員工們應(yīng)具備的素質(zhì)，依據(jù)員工本身的特點(diǎn)采取一定的措施，使員工在短期和長(zhǎng)期內(nèi)都受到高度的激勵(lì)。 將此段翻譯成英文。。。。 |

The problems that were existed in the construction of incentive system and evaluation system of Chinese listed companies were questioned.
