Electrophoresis文章接受，需要填VAT Number，這是啥？ 已有1人參與

這個(gè)VAT Number是什么東西，我看了一下好像與收稅有點(diǎn)關(guān)系的，但我的文章不需要交版面費(fèi)，因?yàn)槲恼马?yè)面少，且沒(méi)有需要打印的彩圖。 是不是可以不用填VAT Number呢？還有需要我填寫(xiě)Credit Card Token Number是不是也可以不用填呢？因?yàn)椴恍枰诲X(qián) 謝謝熱心的蟲(chóng)子  |

非常感謝您的熱心回復(fù) 編輯給我的信中解釋了一下VAT Number： The charges for publication as page charge, cover pictures, and color figures are considered to be “supply of services” and therefore subject to German VAT. However, if you are an institutional customer outside Germany, the tax can be waived if you provide us with the VAT number of your company. Non-EU customers may have a VAT number starting with “EU” instead of their country code if they are registered with the EU tax authorities. If you do not have an EU VAT number and you are a taxable person doing business in a non-EU country, please provide certification from your local tax authorities confirming that you are a taxable person under local tax law. Please note that the certification must confirm that you are a taxable person and are conducting an economic activity in your country. Note: certifications confirming that you are a tax-exempt legal body (non-profit organization, public body, school, political party, etc.) in your country do not exempt you from paying German VAT. |
