The composition and program control of physical teaching elements based on organizational behavior Abstract: Through literature review, expert interviews, logical analysis, and inductive summary, combined with organizational behavior theory and teaching practice, the venues and equipment, time and the component elements such as effective organization and control management of both the teaching and learning sides are analyzed according to the basic process of physical education curriculum in order to achieve the rational allocation of teaching resources and goals of the instructional design, and to make sure that the students are actively involved in the tasks and concentrate on their studies, thereby obtain an improvement of their skills and develop a habit of sporting.
