| 利用Aspen plus對(duì)苯/甲苯/鄰二甲苯體系的直接分離序列和間接分離序列兩種方案進(jìn)行模擬分析,確定了最佳工藝條件;然后對(duì)兩種方案的能耗和固定成本進(jìn)行比較,結(jié)果表明前者較后者固定成本節(jié)約7.61%,能耗成本節(jié)約9%,年度總成本節(jié)約8.87%;最后分別用斜率判據(jù)、溫度增益判據(jù)和恒溫板判據(jù)三種方法確定了精餾塔的靈敏度板位置并建立了精餾系統(tǒng)的控制結(jié)構(gòu),通過動(dòng)態(tài)模擬得出了系統(tǒng)面臨進(jìn)料流量和進(jìn)料組成擾動(dòng)時(shí)控制不同靈敏度板的流量、再沸器熱負(fù)荷、塔板溫度和產(chǎn)品純度的過渡分析曲線,從而得出最佳溫度控制板位置。 |

The optimum conditions was determined by using Aspen plus simulation analysis for the use of benzene / toluene / ortho-xylene system of direct and indirect separation sequence separation. By comparison of fixed costs and energy costs of the two programs, we find that the former fixed costs are 7.61% smaller than the latter, and energy savings of 9%, the total annual cost savings of 8.87%.
