| 為滿足機(jī)器人在高危環(huán)境和復(fù)雜地形環(huán)境下能夠高效率的執(zhí)行任務(wù)的要求,設(shè)計(jì)提出一種可適應(yīng)各種地形環(huán)境的機(jī)器人。機(jī)器人由控制單元、兩個(gè)相同模塊組成。每個(gè)模塊都可以獨(dú)立的通過(guò)變形能越過(guò)臺(tái)階、壕溝等障礙物,模塊在驅(qū)動(dòng)力作用下能以兩種運(yùn)動(dòng)模式在各種地形環(huán)境下運(yùn)動(dòng)。對(duì)模塊的設(shè)計(jì)方法不僅提高了機(jī)器人的作業(yè)效率,也可優(yōu)化機(jī)器人的結(jié)構(gòu)。試驗(yàn)表明,機(jī)器人可通過(guò)模塊以合適的運(yùn)動(dòng)模式和模塊變形通過(guò)復(fù)雜地形環(huán)境,具有較好的地形環(huán)境適應(yīng)能力和越障能力,驗(yàn)證了該機(jī)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的合理性。 |

Each modular could independently over obstacles such as step and ditch by deformation and move with two movement patterns in various terrain environments based on the action of driving force. 對(duì)模塊的設(shè)計(jì)方法不僅提高了機(jī)器人的作業(yè)效率,也可優(yōu)化機(jī)器人的結(jié)構(gòu)。 The study of design methods of component not only could improve the working efficiency of the robot, but could optimize the structure of the robot. 試驗(yàn)表明,機(jī)器人可通過(guò)模塊以合適的運(yùn)動(dòng)模式和模塊變形通過(guò)復(fù)雜地形環(huán)境,具有較好的地形環(huán)境適應(yīng)能力和越障能力,驗(yàn)證了該機(jī)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的合理性。 Experiment showed that the robot, which has good terrain environmental adaptability and obstacle-climbing capability, could choose the suitable movement patterns through modular and modular shape-shifting to over the complex terrain environment, which validated the reasonability of systematic design of the mechanism. |
