352 Chinese literatures and 47 English literatures were retrieved to  severe screening  respectively of 20 and 5 of them as  references.
對(duì)中文文獻(xiàn)文拉法辛治療抑郁癥進(jìn)行有效性評(píng)價(jià)，結(jié)果顯示文拉法辛優(yōu)于其他抗抑郁藥物，且結(jié)果具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;[Z=2.43,95%CL=1.04(1.01,1.08)，P=0.02<0.05]
Venlafaxine was evaluated to have effective in treating  depression based on Chinese literatures. Results showed that venlafaxine was superior to other anti-depression medications, which has the  statistics significance [Z=2.43,95%CL=1.04(1.01,1.08)，P=0.02<0.05]；
