高斯軟件計(jì)算出的電子密度。。。正負(fù)號(hào)代表什么? 已有1人參與

沒有學(xué)過高斯軟件,讓別人給做了個(gè)噻蟲嗪分子的計(jì)算,得到的電子密度整理后如下: Label Atom Charge density Label Atom Charge density 1 C -0.26 9 N 0.22 2 N -0.2 10 C 0.14 3 C 0.2 11 C -0.32 4 O 0.41 12 S 0.47 5 C 0.32 13 C -0.32 6 N -0.6 14 Cl 0.16 7 C 0.66 15 N -0.29 8 N -0.2 16 C 0.08 想知道每個(gè)原子中電子密度的意義?是正數(shù)越大(如7號(hào)C),代表的電子密度越大?還是負(fù)數(shù)越。ㄈ6號(hào)N),代表的電子密度越大? |

首先,這不是電子密度,電子密度是eletron density,這個(gè)是charge density,詳見下面的文章: The charge is the electron density difference between atomic state and molecular state of S atom. The results show that only the S atom in ETL is negatively charged. It means that the ethyl group donates its electrons to S atom in ETL. Moreover, other sulfur compounds show that S atom donates its electrons to other groups, especially the phenyl group, which leads to a positively charge on S atom. ---Li H, Zhu W, Zhu S, et al. The selectivity for sulfur removal from oils: an insight from conceptual density functional theory[J]. AIChE Journal, 2016, 62(6): 2087-2100. |
