| Ni-P化學鍍層具有特殊的電學、磁學特性以及優(yōu)異的耐腐蝕性能，因而在生產(chǎn)中得到廣泛的應用。與以往研究化學鍍鎳沉積速度常用方法不同，本畢業(yè)設計開展不同外場作用下Ni-P/納米SiC化學鍍復合層的沉積工藝研究，用電化學分析、金相分析等一系列方法，研究不同體系下(磁場輔助，超聲波輔助等)的鍍層沉積速率，并對納米化學鍍的施鍍工藝和鍍層質(zhì)量進行改進和創(chuàng)新。 |

| Ni - P chemical plating has special electrical and magnetic properties and excellent corrosion resistance. It has been widely used in manufacturing practice. Different from common methods used for studying the rate of nickel deposition by chemical plating, this graduation design studied the processing of plating deposition of Ni - P/nanometer SiC composite layers under the influences of foreign fields. By using electrochemical analysis, metallographic analysis and a series of other methods, the deposition rate for plating in different reaction systems (such as assisted with a magnetic field or ultrasound) was studied. We modified the processing of nano-chemical plating and improved the plating quality with innovation. |
