Lumerical已于今天（5.20日），發(fā)布了FDTD Solutions、MODE Solutions、Device、Interconnect等重大功能的新版本 2015b，可免費(fèi)下載升級(jí)。 簡介： • Improved graphene modeling in FDTD Solutions and MODE Solutions uses a surface conductivity model combined with a new 2D surface primitive to dramatically reduce simulation time and improve predictive capabilities • A one-dimensional traveling wave laser model in INTERCONNECT provides a self-consistent framework to account for the complex interactions of semiconductor lasers tightly integrated with photonic integrated circuits • New model library management features in INTERCONNECT allow for the secure generation and sharing of a compact model library which contains advanced frequency- and time-domain photonic circuit models • The dataset builder in DEVICE, FDTD Solutions and MODE Solutions allows designers to define complex structures with spatially-varying material properties, including doping profiles, generated by other software tools, modeling frameworks, and TCAD process simulators 另外針對(duì)本次的最新軟件升級(jí)，Lumerical將于 2015年6月29日_30日 在 上海科委 舉辦現(xiàn)場高級(jí)技術(shù)培訓(xùn)（以FDTD Solutions和MODE Solutions為主），期待您的參與（報(bào)名表請(qǐng)見附件）。 Lumerical工程師受邀將在上海交通大學(xué)舉辦的第二十屆OECC會(huì)議（6月28日_7月2日）上作報(bào)告 www.oecc2015.sjtu.edu.cn/Default.aspx?cid=3 |
