摘要：目的：分析我院急診患者滯留狀況，為加強(qiáng)急診患者分流，改善急診擁擠現(xiàn)象，提高急診醫(yī)療服務(wù)質(zhì)量提供依據(jù)。方法：采用急診信息化數(shù)據(jù)庫，對我院2014年11月至2015年2月急診滯留時(shí)間超過48小時(shí)的患者進(jìn)行回顧性分析。結(jié)果：1.2014年11月至2015年2月我院急診滯留超過48小時(shí)的患者231人。2.滯留患者以神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)、心血管系統(tǒng)、消化系統(tǒng)等疾病為主，主要以神經(jīng)內(nèi)科、神經(jīng)外科、心血管內(nèi)科、消化內(nèi)科等科室患者為主。3.患者滯留原因主要與逐步完善檢查明確疾病診斷和病房床位緊張有關(guān)等因素有關(guān)。結(jié)論：我院急診滯留情況較嚴(yán)重，需要急診醫(yī)務(wù)人員、患者與家屬、各�？撇》俊⑨t(yī)院等各方面努力。

Abstract:
Objective: to analyze the patient over-stay situation for patients seeking emergency services  in our hospital, to introduce a patient diversion mechanism to ease the overcrowding situation in the emergency room, and to provide a basis for the improvement of the quality of emergency medical care.
Methods: We used  the emergency visit information database  to retrospectively analyze the patients who had stayed in emergency room over 48 hours during the period of November 2014 to February 2015 .
Results: 1.During November 2014 to February 2015, 231 patients had stayed in our hospital emergency room for more than 48 hours. 2. The patients mainly had issues with nervous system, cardiovascular system, digestive system and other diseases, more specifically, mainly in the areas of neurology,  neurosurgery,  internal medicine(cardiovascular) , internal medicine (gastrointestinal). 3.  the main reason for the over-stay is related to the need for improving the diagnosis procedures and solve the shortages for the hospital beds and other factors.
Conclusion: The hospital currently has a serious over-stay issues in the emergency room, it needs cooperative efforts from medical staffs in the emergency room, patients and their family members, other hospital specialties departments and the  hospital to ease the situation.
