再改下: In this study we prepared a reverse microemulsion system composed of TritonX-100/hexanol/cyclohexane/FITC in water (考慮添加chitosan,TOES? ). After 24hrs, acetone was added to break the emulsion, FITC incorporated fluorescence SiO2 composite nanopartilces were obtained after being washed repeatedly using ultrasound treatment/centrifuge cycles. The contents of chitosan and dye were varied in the preparation to optimize the preparation, and resulted nanoparticles were characterized on the fluorescence properties. We found that there was an optimal amount of the dye that was incorporated, and poorer results were obtained when it exceeded or lessened the optimum. Finally, we tested the quenching effect of chloride ion on the fluorescence intensity of the nanoparticles. Our results demonstrated that by using this simple and effective preparation protocol , fluorescence SiO2 composite nanopartilces can be readily prepared, which can be a useful testing agent for many analytic purposes. |
