Schiff 堿及其配合物在催化劑領域、醫(yī)藥和農(nóng)藥領域、緩蝕劑領域、新材料開發(fā)和研制領域等都得到了廣泛應用,而對氨基苯甲酸乙酯是一種重要的醫(yī)藥中間體,它在醫(yī)藥上用作局部麻醉劑。 首先,以對硝基苯甲酸和乙醇為原料在濃硫酸的催化下用回流的方式酯化合成對硝基苯甲酸乙酯。然后,對硝基苯甲酸乙酯為原料,Zn粉為還原劑,并加入適量醋酸,還原制備得對氨基苯甲酸乙酯。最后,用糠醛和對氨基苯甲酸乙酯縮合反應生成糠醛縮對氨基苯甲酸乙酯。 本文探討了酯化的優(yōu)化條件;同時優(yōu)化了Zn粉還原工藝,總結出制備苯佐卡因的最佳工藝條件;最后對比了縮合條件,最終完成了糠醛縮對氨基苯甲酸乙酯的合成。通過紅外光譜,物理分析等方法確定為目標產(chǎn)物。 專業(yè)點的,不要網(wǎng)上直接翻譯過來的,謝謝 |

Firstly, ethyl p-nitrobenzoate was synthesised by esterification under the conditions of refluxing pattern of using p-nitrobenzoic acid and ethyl alcohol as raw material and concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst. Then, combined with Zn power as reductant and proper acetic acid addition, the obtained ethyl p-nitrobenzoate was used as raw material to prepare ethyl p-aminobenzoate. Finally, furfural ethyl p-aminobenzoate were synthesized by the condensation reactions of ethyl p-aminobenzoate with furfural . For summarizing the optimal technological condition of ethyl aminobenzoate preparation, the optimization condition of esterification was discussed in this paper, and Zn power reduction procedure has optimized at the same time. The condensation conditions were finally compared to accomplish the synthesis of furfural ethyl p-aminobenzoate. The target product was determined by infrared by methods of spectroscopy and physical analysis. |
