非對(duì)稱環(huán)三磷腈基苯并惡嗪樹脂單體的合成 摘 要 六氯環(huán)三磷腈化合物是一類耐熱阻燃性能優(yōu)良的雜環(huán)化合物,每個(gè)磷上面連接兩個(gè)氯原子,其含磷量相對(duì)較高,這也使得它相應(yīng)的衍生物具有優(yōu)異的阻燃性和熱穩(wěn)定性。而苯并噁嗪樹脂是在傳統(tǒng)的樹脂基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來的一種新型類酚醛樹脂。它不但繼承了傳統(tǒng)樹脂的耐熱、阻燃等優(yōu)點(diǎn),自身還具有傳統(tǒng)酚醛樹脂所不具有的性能,如:體積零收縮、固化不需催化劑、便于加工成型及靈活的分子結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)等,具有良好應(yīng)用前景。本文通過向磷腈環(huán)上引入部分噁嗪結(jié)構(gòu),意欲提高原有六氯環(huán)三磷腈的阻燃和耐熱性。 本實(shí)驗(yàn)先以六氯環(huán)三磷腈和2,2’-聯(lián)苯酚為原料合成T1,后用對(duì)氨基苯酚和水楊醛合成含有C=N結(jié)構(gòu)的中間體,隨后利用NaBH4將C=N雙鍵還原,然后在1,4-二氧六環(huán)溶液中加入多聚甲醛回流,使其生成含有酚羥基的苯并噁嗪單體C3。最后在1,4-二氧六環(huán)體系中將T1與C3發(fā)生親核取代反應(yīng)。分別利用通過FI-IR、1H NMR和31P NMR對(duì)所合成化合物結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征。 關(guān)鍵詞:六氯環(huán)三磷腈 苯并噁嗪 合成 耐熱性 阻燃性 |

In HCC each phosphorus is connected with two chlorine; its phosphorus content is relatively high, which provides its derivatives with excellent flame retardant properties and thermal stability. Benzoxazine resin is a new phenol formaldehyde resin (phenolic resin) evolved from the traditional resin. It not only has the heat-resistant, fire-retardant and other features, it also has its unique properties that traditional phenolic resins do not have, such as: no shrinkage, can be cured without a catalyst, ease to be processed to desired shapes and the flexibility in the design of molecular structures. It therefore has an excellent prospects in applications. In this paper, we introduced a portion of benzoxazine structure to the phosphazene ring in order to improve the flame retardant and heat resistance properties of the original HCC. 本實(shí)驗(yàn)先以六氯環(huán)三磷腈和2,2’-聯(lián)苯酚為原料合成T1,后用對(duì)氨基苯酚和水楊醛合成含有C=N結(jié)構(gòu)的中間體,隨后利用NaBH4將C=N雙鍵還原,然后在1,4-二氧六環(huán)溶液中加入多聚甲醛回流,使其生成含有酚羥基的苯并噁嗪單體C3。最后在1,4-二氧六環(huán)體系中將T1與C3發(fā)生親核取代反應(yīng)。分別利用通過FI-IR、1H NMR和31P NMR對(duì)所合成化合物結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征。 Staring from HCC and 2,2'-Biphenol as the raw materials, we first synthesized the intermediate T1, then, from p-aminophenol and salicylaldehyde, we initially synthesized a C=N containing Schiff’s base intermediate, followed reduction using NaBH4 to reduced the C=N double bond, then treated with containing in 1,4-dioxane under reflux to generate phenolic hydroxyl-containing benzoxazine monomer C3. Finally, the substitution reaction of T1 and C3 were reacted in1,4-dioxane . The structures of the synthesized compounds were characterized by FI-IR, NMR 1H and NMR 31P, respectively..
