|
銅離子脅迫對(duì)火龍果種子萌發(fā)的影響 本實(shí)驗(yàn)以火龍果種子為研究材料, 設(shè)置了6個(gè)銅離子濃度(20、40、80、160、320、520 mg/L)和對(duì)照處理, 在實(shí)驗(yàn)溫度為(25+2℃)下恒溫培養(yǎng),對(duì)不同濃度的銅離子脅迫條件下火龍果種子萌發(fā)的發(fā)芽率、發(fā)芽勢(shì)、活力指數(shù)、發(fā)芽指數(shù)及胚根和胚軸生長(zhǎng)量進(jìn)行觀測(cè)分析, 探討了銅離子脅迫影響火龍果種子萌發(fā)的原因。研究結(jié)果表明:銅離子脅迫下, 火龍果種子發(fā)芽勢(shì)、活力指數(shù)均總體呈下降趨勢(shì), 發(fā)芽率、發(fā)芽指數(shù)隨著銅濃度的增大表現(xiàn)出先逐漸升高后降低的趨勢(shì),并且在40 mg/L時(shí)達(dá)到最高,低濃度的銅離子溶液對(duì)火龍果種子的發(fā)芽率和發(fā)芽指數(shù)都有促進(jìn)作用,但高濃度的則表現(xiàn)為抑制作用,當(dāng)濃度到達(dá)520 mg/L時(shí),種子幾乎不發(fā)芽,發(fā)芽的幾顆也表現(xiàn)出子葉、胚根、胚軸發(fā)紅的銅中毒現(xiàn)象。隨著銅溶液濃度的增加,對(duì)胚根,胚軸的抑制作用也逐漸增強(qiáng),且對(duì)胚軸的抑制作用比胚根明顯。 關(guān)鍵詞: 銅離子,脅迫,火龍果,種子萌發(fā),發(fā)芽率,發(fā)芽勢(shì) 不同濃度NaCl處理對(duì)荔枝幼苗生長(zhǎng)特性的研究 |

The effect of Cu2+ stress on germination of pitaya seed Using pitaya seed as research material, 6 Cu2+ concentrations (20、40、80、160、320、520 mg/L) and control treatment were set to thermostasis culture in experimental temperature (25+2℃). For discussing the influencing causes of Cu2+ stress on germination of pitaya seed, the germination rate, germination potential, vital index, germination index and radicle and hypocotyl growth of pitaya seed germination were observed and analyzed ueder different Cu2+ concentrations. |

The results showed that, it described a general trend of descending in germination potential and vital index, the germination rate and germination index increased prior to decreasing with the increase of Cu2+ concentration, and the maximum values were reached at 40 mg/L, which indicated that lower Cu2+ concentration could promote the germination rate and germination index, had inhibitory effect at high concentration, when concentration reached 520 mg/L, the seed hardly germinated, even several luck seeds germinated, its cotyledons, radicle and hypocotyl were showed the copper intoxicating phenomenon with red. With the increase of Cu2+ concentration, the inhibiting effects to radicle and hypocotyl were gradually strengthened, and the inhibiting effects to hypocotyl were more obvious.
