近年來,公路交通事業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展,在經(jīng)歷了大規(guī)模的公路建設(shè)之后,隨之而來的是任務繁重的公路養(yǎng)護和管理。傳統(tǒng)的管理模式已越來越不適應道路養(yǎng)護管理的需要,公路資產(chǎn)后期管理的迫切性對養(yǎng)護工作方式、養(yǎng)護管理工作水平提出了更高的要求, 。如何適應國省干線公路養(yǎng)護體制改革新形勢,進一步加強公路養(yǎng)護管理工作,促進養(yǎng)護生產(chǎn)的科學化、規(guī)范化、信息化管理水平,已是擺在公路管理決策者面前的重要課題。 傳統(tǒng)的純?nèi)斯ゐB(yǎng)護策略模式已越來越不適應公路養(yǎng)護管理發(fā)展的需要,主要表現(xiàn)在公路養(yǎng)護資料的存儲與管理方式、公路設(shè)施性能狀況的統(tǒng)計與評價方式、養(yǎng)護方案的制定與養(yǎng)護資金的分配方式等。如何科學的利用數(shù)據(jù)作為支撐,盡可能讓養(yǎng)護決策更規(guī)范 公路病害數(shù)據(jù)存在種類多、數(shù)量大、計算復雜等特性,普通的單機計算模式無法勝任。怎樣能更好更快的完成整體評定,及時的為決策者和養(yǎng)護作業(yè)單位提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐,把握養(yǎng)護時機,最大限度的提高養(yǎng)護經(jīng)費的利用率,減少一線養(yǎng)護工作人員勞動強度,是實現(xiàn)精細化管理的重中之重。 在此背景下,加快新技術(shù)、新設(shè)備和新方法在公路檢測養(yǎng)護中的應用與推廣,借鑒已有的公路路面養(yǎng)護經(jīng)驗,建立一套集公路技術(shù)狀況檢測、評定、巡道補充管理、科學決策分析為一體的綜合管理系統(tǒng),是解決未來公路養(yǎng)護管理的有效方法。其中大量病害數(shù)據(jù)的收集和分析是重點,并且根據(jù)這如此多的復雜情況做出相針對的決策是完成科學養(yǎng)護的難點。 關(guān)鍵詞:公路路況智能化評定系統(tǒng);大數(shù)據(jù)計算;Hadoop;Mysql. |

For improving the maximum utilization of maintaining cost and reducing the labour intensity of the first - line maintenance personnel, it has become the most important tasks for the implement of fine management that how to accomplish global assessment better and faster to timely offer data support for decision maker and maintenance operating department to grasp the maintenance time. Under this background, it was a effective way to solve highway maintenance and management in the future that to accelerate the application and popularization of new technology, new equipment and new methods in highway inspection maintenance and reference existing experience of maintenance of surface to establish a total management system, which combined road condition detection, assessment, searching supplementary management and scientific decision analysis into one. Among which, the key was to collect and analyze a large number of disease datas with many complex conditions , followed by relevant decision making, which was the difficulty of scientific maintenance completing。 Key words: Intelligent evaluation system of highway traffic; massive data calculation; ;Hadoop;Mysql. |
