1 題目:毛發(fā)超微粉體的制備與表征 2 摘要:本次實驗是以優(yōu)質的天然蛋白質纖維(廢棄的毛發(fā))為原料,在不破壞有用蛋白的前提下進行機械的超粉碎處理,把廢棄的毛發(fā)進行加工處理得到毛發(fā)的微粉,再將其加入到纖維中進行改性,制成紡絲原液進而紡絲得到再生纖維。實驗為了保證天然蛋白質分子結構的完整性,我從植物細胞破碎的方法中得到啟發(fā),采用這種物理粉碎的方法,使經過脫膠脫脂處理的毛發(fā)在一個由撞擊力、擠壓力以及強剪切力組成的復合力場的作用下,并通過一系列的工藝流程得到不同等級的粉碎。在經過一系列流程后,得到的超細粉末的平均粒徑小于等于50um。通過實驗研究了幾種毛發(fā)粉體對制備再生纖維的影響因素。 關鍵詞:廢棄毛發(fā),超微粉體,復合纖維 求大神幫忙 跪謝,后期可以追加金幣。! |

Abstracts: Abandoned hair, which was a excellent natural protein fibre and was used as raw material in this experiment, was processed into hair power and followed by added into fiber to modify,final was made into spinning dope to prepare regenerated fibre. For ensure the integrity of molecular structure of natural protein, the physical crushing method that hair after degumming and degreasing treatment could be broken into different grade powder under the influence of composite force, which was composed by impact force, extrusion force and strong shear force, and through a series of technological processes, aftre which the mean grain size of the ultrafine powder was less than or equal to 50um.
