| 為了探究延長(zhǎng)烤煙烘烤過(guò)程中變黃期及定色期的時(shí)間對(duì)其主要化學(xué)成分的影響。以吉煙9號(hào)為材料，進(jìn)行了大田實(shí)驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明，延長(zhǎng)烘烤與正常烘烤相比較，淀粉、總糖和還原糖含量均有所降低，淀粉酶活性偏高，且葉片各化學(xué)成分含量適中，比例協(xié)調(diào)，說(shuō)明延長(zhǎng)烘烤過(guò)程中變黃期和定色期的時(shí)間可以有效地提高淀粉酶活性并且降低煙葉中淀粉、總糖和還原糖含量，達(dá)到了降糖降淀粉的目的。 |

For exploring the effects of extending the time of yellowing stage and fixing color stage on main chemical component of tobacco in tobacco curing process, Jiyan-9 was used as material to conduct the field trials. The results showed that compared with normal curing, the contents of starch, total sugar and reducing sugar in prolong curing were gone down and diastase activity was higher, morever, the contents of chemical compositions in the leaves were moderate and coordinate, which declared that prolonging the time of yellowing stage and fixing color stage in curing process could effectively improve the activity of diastase and reduce the contents of starch, total sugar and reducing sugar to achieve the purpose of decrease of sugar and starch. |
