本論文主要研究了毛發(fā)超微粉體的制備與表征。實驗是以優(yōu)質(zhì)的天然蛋白質(zhì)纖維(廢棄的毛發(fā))為原料,在不破壞有用蛋白的前提下進行機械的超粉碎處理,把廢棄的毛發(fā)進行加工處理得到毛發(fā)的微粉,再將其加入到纖維中進行改性,制成紡絲原液進而紡絲得到再生纖維。實驗為了保證天然蛋白質(zhì)分子結構的完整性,利用CJM-SC-B01高能納米沖擊磨機和混合型碾磨儀Retsch MM400等儀器處理廢棄毛發(fā),使經(jīng)過脫膠脫脂處理的毛發(fā)在一個由撞擊力、擠壓力以及強剪切力組成的復合力場的作用下,通過一系列的工藝流程得到不同等級的粉碎,最終得到平均粒徑小于等于50μm的超微粉末。通過熱重分析和掃描電鏡分析,得到毛發(fā)超微粉體的回潮率較高,且適合用于共混液的制備,從而得到再生纖維素纖維。 謝謝各路大神了 |

| In this thesis, the preparation and characterization of ultrafine hair powder were studied. Waste hair, which has high-quality natural protein fiber, was used as a raw material. Waste hair was treated with mechanical ultra pulverization processing, to obtain ultrafine hair powder without damaging the proteins. The power was added to cellulose to make a composite spinning solution and spun into regenerated cellulose fiber. To ensure the integrity of the molecular structure of natural protein was well preserved, CJM-SC-B01 high-energy nano impact mill and mixer mill, MM400 Retsch were used to mill waste hair. Degummed and degreased hair was treated with a compound force field consisted of impacting, extrusion and strong shear forces, through a series of different grades of milling processes, that finally produced ultrafine powders with an average particle size ≤50 um. By thermogravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscope analysis, the wetability (lz: 回潮率是潤濕性嗎?) of the resulted ultrafine hair powder was higher and is suitable for the preparation of blend solution, so as to obtain the regenerated cellulose fiber. |
