| The pervaporation characteristics during the desalination of seawater were evaluated with pervaporative NaCl solutions (all experiments with NaCl concentration of 3.5 wt %) using a lab-designed and lab-assembled PV test apparatus. The pervaporation temperature was maintained at 25ºC, 40ºC, 60ºC, and 90ºC, and the feed pressure was maintained at less than 0.1 MPa depending on the PV temperature. For the pervaporation process during the desalination of seawater, the disc-shaped NaA zeolite membranes (diameter = 40 mm, thickness < 10 mm) were sealed in membrane modules. The circulating feeds were usually on the top surface of the self-supporting zeolite side such that the concentration polarization would be minimized. The water vapor was condensed and collected by liquid nitrogen trap. The concentrations of Na ions in the collected permeated solutions were analyzed using ICP to obtain the ion % rejection. |

| 采用實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)計(jì)的和實(shí)驗(yàn)室組裝的PV試驗(yàn)裝置，用滲透蒸發(fā)NaCl溶液對(duì)海水脫鹽期間的滲透蒸發(fā)特性進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)（全部試驗(yàn)用3.5wt%濃度的NaCl）。滲透蒸發(fā)溫度維持在25 & ordm;C，40 & ordm;C, 60 & ordm;C,和90 & ordm;C，輸送壓力取決于PV溫度，維持在0.1 MPa以下。扁圓形NaA沸石膜板（直徑=40毫米,厚度<10毫米）封裝于膜組件之中用于海水脫鹽期間的滲透蒸發(fā)操作。 通常是循環(huán)輸送至自承沸石側(cè)面的上表面以使?jié)獠顦O化能夠?yàn)樽钚』�。水蒸汽濃縮并通過(guò)液氮冷阱收集。使用ICP分析收集的滲透液中Na離子的濃度以得到離子%截留率。 |
