電場、磁場處理種子的方法,具有設備簡單,操作方便、處理快速和節(jié)能環(huán)保等突出的優(yōu)點。然而,電場、磁場對種子所產(chǎn)生的那種顯著性影響,在實際應用中有時并沒有表現(xiàn)出來,致使電場、磁場處理種子技術不能被有效應用。我們在開發(fā)應用過程中發(fā)現(xiàn),在電場、磁場處理種子技術的應用中,被處理的種子并不能即時使其進入播種萌動生長狀態(tài)。處理過的種子需經(jīng)過種子公司貯存銷售和農(nóng)民購買播種這樣一個流程,使得電場處理的種子必然存放一定時間后才進入播種環(huán)節(jié)。電場、磁場處理對種子產(chǎn)生的影響屬于當代效應,被處理的種子到播種時,電場、磁場產(chǎn)生的影響是否仍然存在,即電場、磁場處理種子的生物效應是否存在有效時間的問題長期未被人們給與關注。本文實驗測定電場、磁場對綠豆種子萌發(fā)影響的有效時間,研究結果對推動電磁場處理種子的理論和技術研究具有重要意義。 The method of application electric field and magnetic field on seed have many advantages of simple equipment, easy to operate, fast and energy saving, environmental protection, etc..
