| 在本研究中,內(nèi)管材料是應(yīng)變率不敏感材料,一旦內(nèi)管發(fā)生塑性變形,則焊接失敗。因此,在推導(dǎo)臨界厚度的過程中,我們認(rèn)為內(nèi)管不允許出現(xiàn)大變形,采用了準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)模型去描述和計(jì)算磁脈沖內(nèi)管的臨界厚度問題。另外,磁脈沖焊接的動(dòng)態(tài)作用主要是體現(xiàn)在外管上面,在推導(dǎo)過程,計(jì)算外管對(duì)內(nèi)管的作用力P是采用速度和密度以及聲速幾個(gè)參數(shù)計(jì)算出來(lái)的,因此認(rèn)為作用力P是考慮了動(dòng)態(tài)效應(yīng)之后的。而且,針對(duì)材料的屈服強(qiáng)度,也是考慮了動(dòng)態(tài)效應(yīng)的。用了一個(gè)準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)模型去描述和計(jì)算動(dòng)態(tài)問題確實(shí)不夠嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),在未來(lái)工作中,我們會(huì)考慮應(yīng)力波對(duì)內(nèi)管、外管的動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)問題。 |

Therefore, in the process of deducing the critical thickness, in order to avoid the large deformations emerging inside of the tube, we adopted a quasistatic model to describe and calculate the critical thickness of the magnetic pulse inner tube. In addition, the dynamic effect of magnetic pulse welding was mainly reflected by external tube, in the deducing process, the force P that the external tube act on internal tube was calculated by adopting such parameters as speed, density and sound velocity. Therefore, the acting force P was believed to be convincing, not only for the consideration of dynamic effects by adopting various parameters, but also on for the consideration of dynamic effects according to the material yield strengths. Indeed, it is not fully rigorous to describe and calculate the dynamic issues by a quasistatic model, in our future work, efforts will be paid to the dynamic response of stress wave upon internal and external tubes. |
