關于APS新期刊的問題

小弟最近投了American Journal of Physiology-Heart and Circulatory Physiology被拒，編輯給的信中說，建議我投一個新期刊，Physiological Reports，具體如下： However, I am pleased to inform you that your manuscript has been selected as a potential candidate for publication in Physiological Reports, a peer-reviewed, open access, interdisciplinary journal, jointly owned by the American Physiological Society and The Physiological Society, which provides rapid publication of high-quality research in basic and translational physiology and allied disciplines for physiologists, neuroscientists, biophysicists, and clinicians. If you would like the editors of Physiological Reports to consider your manuscript for publication, the corresponding author must send authorization to physiologicalreports@wiley.com within 120 days of receipt of this letter. For more information, please visit https://www.physiologicalreports.org/info. Upon receipt of the corresponding author's authorization, the manuscript will be transferred to the editorial office of this new journal with the reviewer comments. It is possible that your manuscript may be fast-tracked by the editors of Physiological Reports without requiring further review. You need not revise or reformat your paper before authorizing its transfer but you may, if you wish, include a response to reviewer comments. If you do choose to revise your manuscript for Physiological Reports, please include point-by-point responses to reviewer comments along with a version of the manuscript with changes indicated in red (a "clean" version of the manuscript should also be provided). I look forward to more submissions from your group. 期刊2013年開始收稿的，現(xiàn)在還不是SCI�？戳讼掠X得水平還是不錯，是美國和英國兩大生理學協(xié)會合辦的，兩個主編也挺牛的。 但國內(nèi)還是只認SCI的，所以有幾個問題請教： 1. 新期刊從開始收稿到進入SCI，到開始有影響因子一般要多少年？ 2. 是不是收錄到SCI后，它所有的文章都是SCI收錄的了？或者說，SCI收錄的是雜志，還是文章？我沒搞清這個概念=.=。擔心的是，比如雜志從2016開始收錄到SCI，那16年之前的文章就不算SCI了。 謝謝！ |
