對于熱處理的涂層系統(tǒng)，涂層和基體的界面處發(fā)生了分離，這種分離應該是不可逆的，造成這種分離的主要原因應該是由于在界面處發(fā)生了氧化行為，見圖8b和8c中的能譜圖。 For the heat treated coated system, the separation at the interface between the coating and the substrate was occurred , and should be irreversible. The main reason for this separation should be the occurrence of the oxidation behavior at the interface. |
