| 將健康活雞采取切割頸動脈方式殺死后，將其血液直接滴在16種不同顏色的布塊上，制成帶血跡的布塊，每種顏色布塊制作至少5個平行樣本。UV-2450型紫外可見分光光度計(jì)(日本，島津公司)，附反射附件ISR-240A積分球，BaSO4標(biāo)準(zhǔn)參比粉末。掃描波長范圍：190～800nm；掃描速度為中速；采樣間隔：0.5；狹縫寬：1.0nm；光源轉(zhuǎn)換波長：360nm。以BaSO4白板調(diào)整基線。方法一：以BaSO4標(biāo)準(zhǔn)白板作參比，將帶血布塊平整地固定在樣本板后將其插入積分球樣品光束，測定不同顏色帶血跡布塊的反射光譜。方法二：以相應(yīng)顏色布塊覆蓋BaSO4標(biāo)準(zhǔn)白板作參比，將帶血布塊平整地固定在樣本板后將其插入積分球樣品光束，測定不同顏色帶血跡布塊的反射光譜。 |

| Through cutting the carotid artery of a healthy live chicken, then letting the blood drop directly on clothes in 16 different colors, the blooded clothes were prepared as the samples (for each color of sample cloth, at least 5 parallel samples should be made). After that,the UV-2450 type of ultraviolet-uisible spectrophotometer (Japan, the island ferry company) was used under the specular reflection of ISR-240A integrating sphere and BaSO4 standard reference powder. Equipment parameters were set as: wavelength scanning range:190～800nm；scanning speed was medium;sampling interval：0.5；width of slot：1.0nm；wavelength conversion of light source 360nm; base line was adjusted by BaSO4 whiteboard. Method 1: Setting BaSO4 standard whiteboard as reference, a flat blooded cloth was fixed on the sample plate before injecting the integrating sphere sample light beam , then we tested the reflection spectrum of blooded clothes in different colors.Method 2: Setting BaSO4 standard whiteboard covered by corresponding colored cloth as reference, a flat blooded cloth was fixed on the sample plate before injecting the integrating sphere sample light beam, then we tested the reflection spectrum of blooded clothes in different colors. |
