被IET communications 拒稿，給的意見(jiàn)的reject with resubmit,重投還是改投？ 已有3人參與

收到IET communications的信件，給的意見(jiàn)是reject and resubmit，如果重投的話，有三個(gè)月時(shí)間修改。編輯信件如下 Thank you for submitting your paper to IET Communications. The peer review process is now complete. The referees and I feel that your paper requires significantly more work and is not acceptable for publication in its current form. My decision is therefore to decline your paper with encouragement to submit a substantially revised paper. I appreciate that this decision will be a disappointment, but hope that you find the referees' comments (given below) useful in improving your paper. If, following comprehensive revision, you should choose to submit your paper again, please go to https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/iet-com. Enter the Author Centre and go to 'Manuscripts with Decisions'. Click on 'Create a Resubmission' next to the paper number and follow the instructions given. When submitting a revised manuscript, please ensure that all points raised by the referees have been actioned, and include a detailed covering letter explaining the changes made. Note that the revised paper will be treated as a completely new submission and sent out for a fresh round of reviewing. 有兩個(gè)審稿人的意見(jiàn)，審稿人1主要說(shuō)文中方法只適用于理想的情況，還有就是給出的閾值參數(shù)應(yīng)該如何�。▽�(shí)際上，一般都是人為設(shè)定閾值），再就是應(yīng)該與近幾年的模型相比較；審稿人2也提出了參數(shù)的問(wèn)題，要求給出實(shí)驗(yàn)，也說(shuō)文章結(jié)構(gòu)不夠合理，有些部分過(guò)長(zhǎng)，有些部分太短；兩個(gè)審稿人意見(jiàn)都比較中肯，很認(rèn)真，應(yīng)該算是小同行。 編輯允許重投，但是會(huì)被作為新稿件處理，而且很可能修改后還會(huì)送到原來(lái)的審稿人。這種情況下，是修改后重投該刊還是改投他刊？請(qǐng)有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的蟲友給個(gè)建議吧，謝謝大家~ |
