澳大利亞新南威爾士大學(xué)(UNSW)Nagarajan Valanoor教授課題組誠(chéng)招材料方向博士研究生,提供全額獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金,從事鐵電材料方向研究。 有意向的同志們15年8月3號(hào)之前請(qǐng)抓緊聯(lián)系Professor Nagarajan Valanoor 郵箱是nagarajan@unsw.edu.au 聯(lián)系時(shí)請(qǐng)附上簡(jiǎn)歷和成績(jī)單! 有壓電/鐵電陶瓷材料或者同步輻射、中子衍射研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)的學(xué)生將優(yōu)先考慮。 IELTS – academic version only 6.5 overall (min. 6.0 in each subtest),UNSW只認(rèn)可雅思成績(jī),雅思總分6.5以上,單項(xiàng)不低于6分 The School of Materials Science and Engineering at UNSW is ranked among the top 30 Materials schools worldwide and is No.1 in Australia. One key research priority area is ferroics, where we are recognised both nationally, and internationally. Our research strengths in this area cover topics including processing, property measurement, structural analysis and simulation and theory. We are currently looking to recruit outstanding students with a background in Materials Science and Engineering (or related disciplines) who are interested in undertaking a PhD in ferroics based research. Available projects include, - atomic level nanofabrication - advanced synchrotron x-ray and neutron scattering characterisation - atomic force microscopy and related techniques - bulk processing of ceramic and single crystal materials - computational materials design Successful candidates will be provided a tax free living expenses stipend in the range of $26,000 to $36,000 in addition to full tuition fee coverage. Applicants require a four-year Bachelor's degree with first class honours, or a completed Masters by Research degree, or equivalent academic qualification. Only students with an outstanding academic track record as evidenced from their grade point average, and/or lead Author publication record in internationally recognised journals will be considered.
