Up the threshold value, the sensitizing act of Yb3+ with Ho3+ decrease, the luminescence intensity of IYH3 and IYH4 are lower than that of IYH1.The slope of power curve of green light and red light are 1.95 and 2.03, respectively. The up conversion luminescence was realized through two photons. The influence of In3+ doping concentration with up conversion luminescence intensity, the sensitizing act of Yb3+ and the up conversion luminescence mechanism of Ho3+ were investigated. |
