各位前輩，求指教。沒看懂這段里說的那個氧化態(tài)鉛為什么沒有檢測出。 Between 35% and 50% Pb was found in the exchangeable and reducible fractions and was thus found more in the electromigration accessible phases than Cu, but less than Zn. Pb was contrarily found to a lesser extent in the oxidising phase than Cu, even if Pb also binds strongly to organic matter. Pb was not found in the Kalundborg sediment in the oxidisable phase but 55% was found in the residual phase regardless of a high content of organic matter in this sediment. Pb was found mainly in the reducible and oxidisable fractions in the Haakonsvern and Sisimiut sediments. The amount of metal found in the residual phase is not considered to be released during natural conditions, since the residual phase should generally contain metals from primary and secondary minerals . High content of organic matter in sediment is known to potentially underestimate the results for the Step 3 extraction due to incomplete destruction of organic matter,which could be the case for the Kalundborg sediment. Quevauviller et al. also describes problems with differences in shaking procedures during sequential extraction, which was found to give up to 20% difference in the results, especially in Step 3. Shaking with an end-over-shaker compared to a horizontal shaker usually gave higher extraction, but most important was to keep the sediment in suspension. However, care was taken in this study to keep the sediment in suspension during shaking, since a horizontal shaker was used. |
