我們可以發(fā)現(xiàn)熱處理后基體中Ni的含量變的更低，而涂層中Ni的含量變的更高。隨著熱處理時間的延長，發(fā)現(xiàn)界面處的Al含量比基體和涂層中的Al含量要高，氧含量也同時增加，這可能是由于在界面處生成了Al2O3。 After the heat treatment, a lower Ni content in substrate and a higher Ni content in coating.
