A Research Assistant position is immediately available in Dr. Chung Tin's Lab (https://personal.cityu.edu.hk/~chungtin/) in the field of Neural modeling and neural simulation. Our lab is working on understanding the computation and learning in the brain using computer modeling and simulation techniques. The candidates are expected to be highly self-motivated, well-organized, and with a strong background in programming (C/C+, Matlab) and is interested in studying biological/neural system. Experience in nonlinear dynamics and/or machine learning will be a plus. Priority will be given to those with master degree or in the final year of master program. Good command of written and spoken English and strong interpersonal skills are highly appreciated. Salary is highly competitive and commeasurable with qualifications and experience.
