界面和基體之間結(jié)合良好，在涂層區(qū)出現(xiàn)了大量的缺陷，如裂紋和空隙。圖1b中，涂層和基體之間的界面處出現(xiàn)了斷斷續(xù)續(xù)的分離（圖中白色箭頭所示），能譜分析發(fā)現(xiàn)，分離區(qū)附近的表面主要是氧化物. It showed a good combination between interface and substrate, and the coating zone showed a large number of defects, such as cracks and voids. Fig. 1b, the interface between coating and substrate appeared intermittent separation (The white arrows), spectrum analysis found that near the surface of the separation zone is mainly oxide. |

It was showed that there had been a good integration between the interface and substrate and a large number of defects such as cracks and cavities in the coating zone. In Fig. 1b, there had also been intermittent separation along the interface which was between the coating zone and substrate (demonstrated by the white arrows). It was found that the main composition near the crack surface was mainly composed of oxides with the EDS spectrum analysis. 在此再多說幾句。感覺樓主的以上文字表達前后有些矛盾，前面說涂層界面結(jié)合良好，后面卻又說界面處存在斷斷續(xù)續(xù)的分離。有了這斷斷續(xù)續(xù)的裂紋存在，界面的結(jié)合能夠良好嗎？讓人很容易懷疑的。應(yīng)該說是大部分區(qū)域結(jié)合良好，但在局部區(qū)域存在斷斷續(xù)續(xù)的裂紋。這樣邏輯上前后呼應(yīng)，更不存在矛盾了。 |
