博后面試內(nèi)容，請指教 已有2人參與

Your first presentation will be a technical summary and your second presentation will discuss your approach to work. The technical presentation should be a 5 slide summary relating your technical expertise to the project requirements, including 1 slide showing your future research plans. You should speak for no longer than 10 minutes maximum. Your second presentation should be 3 slides on the following topic; ‘Your experiences and approach to working on multiple tasks’, including specific examples. You should speak for no longer than 6 minutes maximum. 博后面試分兩個(gè)部分：（1）技術(shù)總結(jié)和（2）工作方法？ 問題：我感覺（1）中的technical expertise 和(2)中的experiences很相似呢？具體要考慮哪些問題？ 第一個(gè)中的 future research plans，我現(xiàn)在沒啥規(guī)劃，對他提出的項(xiàng)目也不是太了解，怎樣下手？需要很專業(yè)，很好的計(jì)劃嗎？說錯(cuò)了是不是減分的？ 關(guān)于第二個(gè)中的Your experiences and approach to working on multiple tasks’, including specific examples，是不是舉一些研究的例子就可以？ 本人口語垃圾，博后是不是很看重口語？ 請有博后面試經(jīng)驗(yàn)的朋友指點(diǎn)下，非常感激！ |
