請教各位同仁：https://wcicss.org/Home.html，這個會議正規(guī)嗎？ 投了一篇論文。收到郵件（沒有電子版錄用通知書），按照注冊地址信用卡付了款。 給他們發(fā)了E-mail，要電子版發(fā)票和郵寄邀請函，怎么一直都沒給我回信？發(fā)了3封郵件啦！3號就發(fā)了！ 請問這個會議正規(guī)嗎？注冊費報銷需要郵寄紙質(zhì)發(fā)票嗎？ Congratulations, your submitted paper titled " " has been refereed and accepted for the World Congress on Industrial Control Systems Security (WCICSS-2015) in London, UK.
