真菌進(jìn)入衰亡期后，胞內(nèi)物質(zhì)會(huì)不會(huì)流出細(xì)胞？以及審稿人意見如何回復(fù)？ 已有1人參與

近期投了一篇文章，做主要內(nèi)容是，發(fā)現(xiàn)三株真菌可以產(chǎn)生內(nèi)分泌干擾物鄰苯二甲酸二丁酯（DBP，而DBP通常被認(rèn)為是人為產(chǎn)生的），因此其對(duì)環(huán)境會(huì)產(chǎn)生一定影響。但是其中一個(gè)審稿人認(rèn)為需要證實(shí)真菌是如何把DBP分泌到胞外的，因?yàn)槿绻鸇BP只是產(chǎn)生了，但是無法分泌到胞外，那么依舊無法對(duì)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生危害。我是否可以從真菌進(jìn)入衰亡期后，真菌常出現(xiàn)多形態(tài)，包括畸形或衰退型，細(xì)胞死亡伴隨著自溶，而自溶可以使胞內(nèi)物質(zhì)流出的角度來回答該問題？具體問題如下： the authors answered the comments made, but not all of them were integrated into the manuscript (see specific comments below). Although these additional data help to improve the manuscript, there is still one major remark. Do the auhors have any proof that DBP is secreted by the fungi? If I understand it correctly, they extracted the culture broth (medium and fungal cells) after sonification, which means that the cells are open and that they analyze intracellular plus extracellular metabolites. But, if in nature DBP stays inside the cells and is not excreted then it doesn't contribute to water pollution. This is a very important point that needs to be answered before publication. In the experiments, the fungus needs to be filtered after cultivation and only the medium (without fungal mycelium) should be extracted with EtOAc.
